Photo Jacket of MBLAQ's 7th mini album "Winter" was released today.
Looking into each members eyes exhibit overflow of emotions to their song title "Spring, Summer, Fall and..."
MBLAQ's "Winter" album consist of five songs, which 4 out of 5 songs were written and composed by members.
Title Song "Spring, Summer, Fall, and..."
The lyrics in this song express longing for a love between the past and still leave the Winter season to come back. All lyrics are emotionally charged for this song and seems to be the best for winter ballad.
G.O the main vocalist along with fellow member Mir form a team collaboration with Retro Funkee.
The first song track on this album is "Live In The Past" it express the inner most being of a man grieving not moving forward, but trapped in the past memories. He can not forget the woman he loves.
Seungho plays the piano to this track and also participated in composing and arranging it with Han JaeSeung.
"You Ain't Know"
tells a story of a broken hearted man, who can't help but look back on the loving woman who set his sick mind straight.
Yang Seunghoon younger brother of Seungho showed much interest in participating in writing lyrics and composing this track alongside his older brother and Retro Funkee.
"That Means Fine"
As MBLAQ members sing this particular song, you can hear a no frills loose emotional tone of each vocalist. On piano minimalist style that they haven't tried for awhile.
Cheondung and Cheongdam Super written lyrics, composed and arranged this song which also featured Hyemi of Fiestar.
"Rust"(Unplugged Version)
Was specially arranged for this ballad album along with new songs especially made for the winter season.
Won Taek's ballad for MBLAQ received much love and is reborn in unplugged version.
G.O who is in charge of co-producing this particular album stated briefly,
"I want to be able to attract the hearts of those who are going through difficulties.
I want to capture the hearts of the pure love for the departed.
Emotional lyrics takes us through the winter season just as a sad melodic song that might arise again.
We worked hard to make this album memorable, we gladly look forward to your love and support."
MBLAQ's 7th mini album "Winter" will be released digitally on November.25th @ 12am KST through official Korean music sites.
On November.26th physical albums can be purchased on Hanteo affiliated Korean Music Sites.
MBLAQ's concert "Curtain Call" will be held @ Seoul Olympic Park on November.29th - 30th
